Did you know sitting for too long can shorten your life span? A new published this study led by the University of Sydney has found that too much sitting can shorten your life. In the study, adults who sat 11 or more hours per day had a 40 percent increased risk of dying in the next three years compared with those who sat for fewer than four hours a day. Researchers took into account their physical activity, weight, and health status.
