I remember my dad would get us ready for kindergarten to the rhythms of samba, salsa and Olivia Newton John. As an adult I still use these to start off the morning right to get my daughter ready for school and for me to feel more energized. For the longest time I did not want to “label” myself as a healer.  I felt that by singling myself out as a healer, that would make others not feel as though they were healers, as I believe we all are healers. However, my clients reassured me that the healing they encounter happens because I am able to "guide and instruct" them on their healing journey. This makes their experience more efficient.
