What is your Divine Feminine Essence?

Your Divine Feminine Essence is the creative life force energy that flows through all of nature. We have both Feminine and Masculine energies within us just as we see occurring in Nature, because we ARE nature.

According to Mia Saenz Boniardi, Self-love Teacher and creator of The Supreme Feminine Essence Summit, our Supreme Feminine Essence is made up of the gifts we are innately born with. She calls her summit Supreme to make individuals aware of our sacred and divine nature. That we are so loved and blessed to have been born! Every single one of us is truly a miracle! There is a mysterious and conscious creative force that brought us here in this moment and when we align with and embrace our Feminine and Masculine aspects, we get to experience our True Nature that is filled with vitality, love, creativity and passion!

When we view our lives and our bodies as Sacred and Divine Creations of a Higher Power, our lives change in a millisecond. Imagine walking feeling that you are Divinely Created! How would you treat your body and your mind differently if you upheld the highest reverence to yourself? How differently would you feed your mind and body with thoughts and food?

We can perceive ourselves as expressions of our Divine Creator, and feel our magnificence and brilliance along with our interconnectedness to all living beings as a way of reminding ourselves of our Divine and True Essence or Nature. When we live with this perspective, that everything is Divine, we get to experience our truest essence, beyond our mind and body. The more we align and experience the essence of who we are, the more connected we become to our creativity, our spirit, our passion, our intuition, our joy and our true heart’s desire. Life takes on a different feeling. We care more for who we are, our true nature, and Mother Earth the more we connect to our Feminine Essence.

We can view all our life challenges as opportunities for us to feel more and re-connect to our Divinity. This experience can be felt when we are fully present and aware in the moment.

7 Ways To Ignite Your Divine Feminine Essence.

1. Acknowledge we are Brilliant, Sacred, and Feminine.

Marianne Williamson says, ‚ÄúOur deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

It is our nature to be brilliant. Feeling bright and radiant IS our nature, for we are made up of light waves and particles of energy. Yet too often our minds and our bodies feel weighed down and stuck, and we develop a MIS-PERCEPTION. Simply reminding ourselves of our true nature, that we are highly vibrating particles and that we are love is a way to ignite and keep the flame of divine feminine essence alive!

2. Receive your Divinity! Look at yourself in the mirror and acknowledge that you are Divine and Sacred.

Look at your self in the mirror with an attitude of gratitude and appreciation for being born and for being you, exactly as you are. Notice how this exercise makes you feel. Do you feel comfortable looking at your beautiful self, or are there obstacles from feeling your Divinity? Some of us may feel uncomfortable because of our past. If so, use this exercise as an opportunity to allow those emotions and feelings to come up to the surface so you may heal any past hurtful beliefs that prevent you from fully embracing self-love and appreciation. See this exercise as an opportunity to feel and love yourself on a deeper level. We get to practice actively listening and acknowledging who we are, without any judgement or criticism by looking at ourselves. When we allow ourselves to receive the gift of our own presence, it teaches us how to receive more love and appreciation from others!

3. Be Creative!

When we are in the process of creating, we get to experience the present moment fully and the force of creation that drives our passions, that ignites our soul’s joy and our Divine Feminine Essence. Choose your form of expressing your creativity. Do you like to play an instrument? Do you like to sketch, write or draw? Or do you like to create a dance or a new song? Do you like to create a new recipe or a new route to get to work? Let yourself be guided to creating something new every day, and remember, we are constantly creating our thoughts, and our actions! Have fun with the creative process. Notice how you feel more energized and uplifted when you create!

4. Nurture Yourself. 

Nurture means to care for and encourage the growth and development of someone or something. The practice of mothering ourselves with activities such as giving ourselves a salt water bath, receiving a massage, going for a swim, and/or drinking our favorite tea will teach us how to be softer and gentler with ourselves. 5. Be Compassionate Towards Yourself.

Make self-care and your well-being your #1 Priority. Practice this GUILT FREE. When we make time to prioritize our self-care, we are being compassionate and kind towards ourselves. Don’t over schedule your day. Give yourself time to go from place to place throughout your day feeling balanced and peaceful. If we overbook our day, then we have to hurry and we wind up feeling more exhausted and stressed out, bitter and resentful. If you make a mistake in your life, see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. See challenges as opportunities to make you a stronger and more aware individual. The more compassion we practice towards ourselves, the easier it will be to have compassion towards others.

6. Feel More and Embrace Your Sensual Side.

We rely on our senses, just as animals do, to gain a deeper understanding and experience of ourselves and the world around us. Use your senses to give you a richer experience of every moment. Get in touch with your animal side, take in the sight, smell, sounds, taste and touch from your own body and from your environment. Feel the pleasure that the senses bring to your human experience. Indulge and rejoice in your body and all it’s amazing sensations! Feel the freedom and joy that is innately you and experienced inside you from simple daily activities when you approach them sensually.

DAILY TIPS TO CONNECT TO YOUR SENSUAL ANIMAL NATURE:

a.Take a shower and touch yourself with full presence and honoring of your amazing body temple. Clean your body in a sacred and honoring manner. Feel pleasure as you touch yourself and bathe your body.

b. When you get dressed, feel the clothes sliding over your freshly bathed body. Notice how the fabric of your clothes feels against your skin. Feel the sensations of pleasure in dressing your body and adorning your body with jewelery and make up or perfume.

c. When you eat your next meal, take in the experience of eating fully-notice the textures, taste, temperature and flavor of the food you eat. Eat slowly and close your eyes to feel your food as you chew.

7. Belly Dance To Celebrate Your Divine Feminine Essence.
